How partner links work
Links follow your devices — a partner appears here while they sold you units or hold an active maintenance agreement on them.
At each renewal, coverage can move — assign covered devices to a different partner and access follows the new agreement period.
You set each partner's scope — telemetry, tickets, sites or invoices, never your whole organization — and can change or revoke it at any time.
Every partner action lands in your audit log, attributed to their organization.

Linked organizations never see your users' credentials — sessions federate through account.riversync.com.
